Product must have all tags attached
Product must include the original box in it original condition.

Follow the steps below should you wish to return your item(s)
Step 1: Send us an e-mail to request a return form and return label.
Step 2: Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box with the reason of your return.
Step 2: Send this form with the items you wish to return.
Step 3: Send the package to the return address indicated on the return form.
If you do not use the provided prepaid return label you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. If there is no fault in the product, the value of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product.
Refunds & Processing Time
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in the warehouse. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
